In-home care and support
A little extra help with daily life and personal care, such as dressing, bathing and wound care, to make your day-to-day comfortable and easy.
Assistance with daily personal activities
Assistance with or supervision of personal tasks of daily life including personal care, to develop skills so that you can live as autonomously as possible.
Assistance with household tasks
Assistance with essential household tasks that you are not able to undertake including light house cleaning, meal preparation, linen and laundry services.
Transport Assistance
Access to activities
We will assist you to engage in community, social and recreational activities related to your goals. Whether you prefer group settings, or one on one interactions, our team will be there every step of the way.
Community nursing care
Assessment, planning and the provision on Disability Related Health Supports by our Registered Nurses including wound and pressure care, and continence.
How is 365 Care different?
- We provide as much or as little care as you need. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, so you never have to worry about being without assistance.
- Before we start your care, we’ll sit down with you and your loved ones to create a plan. We will work together to find out what you need, what we can do to help and the next steps to ensure your plan is tailored to your needs.
- Our carefully selected care staff are genuinely caring, empathetic people. They are fully trained and have a lot of experience in caring for others. They are chosen for their ability to show respect, compassion, and integrity, as much as for their skills.
- We have staff from many different backgrounds and ethnicities. We will match you with someone you can connect with and feel comfortable with.
- Our pricing structure and plans are easy to understand. We use standard NDIS pricing and have no hidden charges. They are all readily available on our website here.
- We will assign a dedicated Care Coordinator to advocate for you. We are always here to support you and provide assistance.
