Here at 365 Care, we would love for you to get to know more about us and what we do. To give you more information and insight, we have answered some of the most common questions we receive from clients.

What ages do you provide services for?

We provide services for people aged as young as 7 years old through to people aged 64 years old.

What areas do you service?

We service the following areas:

Blacktown
Penrith
Newcastle
Cumberland
Hawkesbury
Fairfield
Western Sydney or Greater Sydney
Blue Mountains

How do I pay for services?

We provide services for Self-managed, NDIA managed and Plan Managed Participants.

If you are Self-managed, you can pay for your services through the myplace portal.

If you are Plan Managed, we will send our invoices to your Plan Manager, who will process that service payments on your behalf.

If you are NDIS-managed, we will create a service booking and claim payments through the myplace portal.

What support services do you provide?

We offer in home support services for the elderly and those living with a disability 24/7 365 days/year tailored to individual needs.

Disability supports include things like:

Personal care
Shopping assistance
Socialisation skills
Transportation
Meal preparation
Companionship
Domestic Assistance
Support Coordination

What is your pricing and are there additional fees?
Our pricing is very transparent with no additional fees. We charge the standard NDIS fees.
