Here at 365 Care, we would love for you to get to know more about us and what we do. To give you more information and insight, we have answered some of the most common questions we receive from clients.

Who do you provide services for?

What are your service areas?
365 Care services Sydney, focusing mainly on Western Sydney and the lower Blue Mountains, including Parramatta to Liverpool and the Hills District to the Blue Mountains.
What’s your age limit for patients?
We believe that anyone will be needing assistance at some point of their lives, regardless of age. Our flexible in-home Aged Care and Disability Care services can be adapted and customised to the needs of any of your elderly or disabled family member. However, we specialise in 18 years of age or older.
Can anyone access your services?
We provide services for private clients or those who are Government funded under Home care packages or the National Disability Scheme (NDIS).
Do you have a minimum service time?
Our minimum service time is 1 hour. No contracts at all, so we can adjust our services to fit with you. You can have as little or as much as you want; where and when you want it.
Are your staff on rosters?
Our caregivers are rostered according to their availability and we endeavour to assign the minimum number of caregivers to you. Experience has shown that carers need time off as well, so we build a small team around you, for consistency.  This will give you peace of mind that the staff assigned to you can get more and more familiar with your needs and preferences. This also allows them to create and grow a nurturing relationship with you.
What are your qualifications?
365 Care is a government-approved Aged Care and NDIS provider. We are also affiliated with and listed on various websites known across Sydney and NSW. For your peace of mind, our caregivers are also our in-house employees and are not subcontracted. They all went through a rigorous screening and interviewing process and proper training. All carers are fully qualified in either aged care and/or disability care and have current Police Checks and First Aid qualifications.

We also have available Registered Nurses for those needing that level of care.

What is your price range?
We understand that every person is unique and has different needs. We don’t have one-size-fits-all packages. Rather, we will discuss and assess your needs and based on those needs, we identify the right services that fit and work out how to deliver them in ways that will meet your budget. Typically, a client can spend from $50 per month to about $1,000 per week or more depending on the level of care needed.
